When you engage Kaizen to register your partnership business, please follow the procedures described below.

1. You place an order with Kaizen for the registration of partnership with payment of fees;
2. You provide to Kaizen the following information by email or fax:
~ Proposed name of the partnership business;
~ Names, residential addresses and identity card numbers of all the partners;
~ Detailed business address of the proposed sole proprietorship business;
3. Kaizen fill out and deliver the registration application form to you;
4. You sign the application form and return it to Kaizen together with the photocopies of all the partners' identity cards by post;
5. Kaizen arranges to submit the registration application form to the Business Registration Office and at the same time, make the payment of business registration fee;
6. Kaizen collects the Business Registration Certificate and forward it to you.

Note: if you provide your own Hong Kong resident Representative, you also need to provide to us the name, residential address, a photocopy of the identity card of the Representative.

Registration Costs

1. Business address not required

Our fees for assisting the registration of a sole proprietorship business without providing the business address is USD515. The fees already cover the payment of first year business registration fee.

(2) First year business registration fee: USD335
(3) Production of one set of chops: USD30

2. Business address required

Our fees for assisting the registration of a sole proprietorship business and provision of business address is USD715. The fees already cover the payment of first year business registration fee.

(1) Our registration service charge: USD150
(2) First year business registration fee: USD335
(3) Provision of first year business address: USD200
(4) Production of one set of chops: USD30

3. Business address and Representative required

Our fees for assisting the registration of a sole proprietorship business and provision of business address and Representative is USD1065. The fees already cover the payment of first year business registration fee.
