1. A power of attorney signed by the applicant in the presence of
two witnesses with a mention of their names and addresses. If the
applicant is a corporation, the power of attorney should indicate
the date of incorporation. No attestation or legalization is
required.
2. Statement of the date of first use, if any, of the trademark in
Mexico or that the application is to be filed on the basis of intent
to use.
3. Fifteen prints of the trademark, if it is a design.
